Fulanis are a widespread West Africa ethnic group that are nomadic shepherds. They use the wool from their sheep to create gorgeous blankets made up of 6 or 7 panels sewn together to form a blanket. Culturally, these blankets are custom made for newlywed couples to cover their marriage beds.
