Imfibinga Seed Lampshade

Pronounced “im-fi-BING-ah”, these silvery blue tropical grass seeds are strung on clear wire and suspended from two concentric welded steel hoops in kanju’s Imfibinga Seed Lampshade. Zulu women across southern Africa use strings of imfibinga seeds as natural teething remedies for their infants and they are harvested near the Mpumalango River in Kwazulu Natal, South Africa.
