How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before payment is processed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's website or by logging into your Kanju Interiors account.

Yes, for international shipping, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery
What happens if my package is damaged during shipping?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
Our return policy requires that the item be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. International and Custom orders are NOT eligible for returns.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us via email, phone, or our return portal to receive a Return Authorization Form. Returns without an RAF will not be accepted.
Can I return custom orders or clearance items?
Custom orders, clearance items, oversized items, and sale items are final sales and not eligible for return.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photos or other documentation to process your claim.
How long will it take to process my return?
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus the restocking fee. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
