If you cannot physically return your item to the Kanju Interiors warehouse, you may mail the item back to the store at 1137 Conveyor Lane, Ste. 114, Dallas, TX 75247.

Please note: You are responsible for shipping charges.

1. Prepare Your Parcel: Pack the items securely, preferably in their original packaging. Enclose a copy of your order confirmation inside the package. Clearly state whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange, and indicate the corresponding articles.

If you are unable to locate your order confirmation, you can find it in the order status section and print a copy.

2. Send the Item: Visit a courier service to send your parcel. Alternatively, for enhanced security, consider using registered mail or requesting a receipt upon delivery.

We advise tracking and insuring your package at your expense, as we cannot be held accountable for items that do not reach us. Please be informed that we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries and will not cover delivery or return costs.

3. Processing Your Return: We will process your return within 3 to 7 business days after the receipt of your package at our warehouse.
