Therese from Kanju texted me and asked me for a pic of it so she could match the second one perfectly. Customer service is super. They go above and beyond. I will be ordering from Kanju again.

I ordered these bowls a year ago and no longer even own the house that I was going to use them in. Since they didn’t arrive with my original order and were noted as out of stock I assumed that my order was canceled. Now I have been charged for these expensive bowls, I no longer reside in the town where they were delivered and have no way of having them returned! This is terrible business. Please cancel anything further that may have been out of stock a year ago on my original order as I will be ripped off again!

I'm sorry we were unaware of your change of address and so you didn't receive them with the thank you notes from our team, but rest assured we would have no way to access information to charge a customer without their permission, and would never ever do that!
