Our trade program offers exclusive benefits and discounts to qualified members who are dedicated to creating beautiful and functional spaces with our unique African-inspired products.

Eligibility

To be eligible for our trade program, interested professionals must submit an application form with their business information, tax ID, and other relevant details. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.

Benefits

  • Wholesale pricing: Our wholesale prices are confidential and only available to approved wholesale accounts. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
  • MSRP: We have a suggested retail price for each product. Wholesale partners are free to set their own prices, but we ask that they not sell our products below our suggested retail price.

Discount Policy

Trade program members will receive exclusive discounts on our products based on their membership level. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers and may not apply to certain products or categories. The specific discount rates and terms are subject to change without notice.

Nature of Handmade Products

Our products are handmade; all products are subject to slight variation in color, shape, dimension, and texture, and as such, these variations are assets of the handmade aesthetic and do not constitute quality issues.

Ordering & Shipping

Trade program members can place orders through our website or by contacting their dedicated account manager. Shipping and delivery times may vary based on the product availability, location, and other factors.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on our products within 14 days of the delivery date. Trade program members must provide their order details and reason for return/exchange to their account manager. The shipping and handling fees for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the member.

Custom & Pre Orders

  • We are happy to work with our wholesale customers to create custom designs or modify existing designs to meet your specific needs. Please contact us to discuss your ideas and pricing.
  • We will cover 50% of the shipping costs for any preorders placed in conjunction with one of kanju’s seasonal stock buys, 2 -4 times a year.

General Terms

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend trade program memberships at our discretion for any reason. We may also modify or terminate the program at any time without notice.
