Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after they are placed. During peak seasons or holidays, processing time may take longer. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
- Shipping Time: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Our standard shipping takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the continental United States. For expedited shipping, 2-3 business days.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before payment is processed.
- Shipping Carriers: We use a variety of shipping carriers, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We will choose the carrier that is best suited for your order based on factors such as package size, weight, and destination.
- Expedited Shipping: Is available for an additional fee of $35.Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's website or by logging into your Kanju Interiors account.
- Delivery Delays: Kanju Interiors is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We will do our best to communicate any delays or issues that may arise.
- Shipping Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Delivery Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package carefully for any damage or defects. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately.
- Shipping Returns: If you need to return an item, please refer to our return policy for instructions. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
